A study was conducted on two hundred swiftlet farming in Binh Phuoc province from January 2021 to April 2021. The purpose is to evaluate some factors of Swiftlet houses, yield, and quality of raw bird's nest. The results showed that most swiftlet houses have not had construction permits and increased sharply from 2016 to 2020. Swiftlet’s house had a structure of 1 to 4 floors, with 3 floors accounting for 41% at most, while over 4 floors were 12%. The rate of houses applying the method of attracting by sound and bird droppings was 100%, In which, about 24.0% of households combine odorants to attract swiftlets. The inside of the swiftlet house was equipped with a system of temperature, humidity, sound, and light by following the recommendations of domestic and foreign studies. The productivity of the last harvested bird's nest was 16.7/m2/time on average and the number of harvests per year was 4.7 times/year. Quality of nest: Type I (>9g/nest) 23.61%, type II (7-9g/nest) 55.35%, type III (<7g/nest) 21.04%. In summary, the swiftlet house system in Binh Phuoc is well-built, the equipment in the bird's nest is fully equipped, and technical factors inside the bird's nest house are temperature, humidity, sound and light suitable for physiological characteristics. of swiftlets. However, there is a difference in the productivity of the bird's nest between the swiftlet houses, and the rate of raw bird's nest of type I is still low.
