This study aimed to evaluate the effect of garlic supplementation on the weight gain and resistance to respiratory diseases of hybrid chickens. The experiment was randomized with 4 treatments on hybrid chickens from 5 to 12 weeks old. The treatments added the percentage of garlic to the ration, respectively, 1%, 2%, 3% and 0% (control treatment) in 1 kg of feed. Health checks for chickens were performed in the morning each day, and weight parameters were determined at the beginning of each experimental week. The results showed that at the rate of 3% fresh garlic powder mixed in the ration of hybrid chickens (from 5 to 12 weeks of age), the highest weight increased at 26.94g/chicken/day, the average feed consumption was 73.9g/chicken/day with the lowest feed conversion ratio of 2.75, and almost all hybrid chickens did not have respiratory diseases.
