The objective of this reserach is to evaluate the efficiency of supplementing probiotics into the ration of commercial Landrace x Mong Cai crossbred pigs in a intensive farming system in Cao Bang province. The experiment was carried out at Duc-Chinh Farm of Lam Anh Agricultural Cooperative in Hong-Quang 2 Hamlet, Hung-Dao Commune, Cao Bang City, Cao Bang Province from May 2024 to January 2025. A total of 84 commercial pigs (47 females and 37 castrated males) were divided into 2 groups corresponding to the experimental group (Supplementing 0.5% of Probiotics to concentrate) and the control group (No supplementation of Probiotics). Pigs were observed for Body weight; Daily weight gain; Feed consumption; Diarrhea syndrome; Relative economic efficiency. Data were analyzed using the GLM procedure in SAS9.4, using the Tukey comparison method with the a=0.05 level for comparisons. The results showed that the body weight of pigs increased by 16.16% in experimental group compared to control; daily body weight gain improved by 16.14%. Feed consumption for weight gain improved by an average of 11.47% in all stages. In addition, when supplementing Probiotics, the incidence of diarrhea syndrome was reduced by 16.18%; economic efficiency increased by 45.53%. It is concluded that when supplementing probiotics into the ration of commercial crossbred pigs Landrace x Mong Cai, diarrhea syndrome was significantly reduced; weight gain and body weight were improved and feed costs were saved during the experimental period; good productive efficiency in the commercial crossbred pigs Landrace x Mong Cai according to the intensive farming system in Cao Bang province.
